We have created the West Lothian Six Ways to Wellbeing to help promote positive mental health and wellbeing for everyone in West Lothian. Help us spread the word so that there is a better understanding, and people know how to get the right support.
We have collated local supports, resources and ideas to help with each Way to Wellbeing.
These Ways to Wellbeing can help support everyone. Having stable wellbeing is also important if people need additional treatment or support from their GP.
