Welcome to the wellbeing workforce area.

This section of West Space is designed to support you – the wider wellbeing workforce – to help you feel more informed to support your own, and other people’s, mental health and wellbeing. 

We all have mental health, just as we have physical health, and it’s important that we take the time to look after it. Everyone has a role to play in supporting mental health and wellbeing including the wider wellbeing workforce.   

Although not directly employed in providing mental health services, you play an important role in supporting people’s mental health and wellbeing and can also help promote good mental health for all.
