Description

West Lothian PANDAS is a peer support group for parents and guardians affected by pre/postnatal depression and/or anxiety. This is an informal group and offers peer support in a welcoming and non-judgmental environment.

Whether you want to pop along on your own, with a friend or bring the littles we have room for you all!

  • Please contact your GP Reception to book an appointment with the Practice Mental Health Nurse.

Opening times

  • The group runs on the first Wednesday of every month starting from from 5 June 2024 at 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm.
