Description

The West Lothian Mind & Media Ambassador Programme is a 12-month youth-led programme supporting young people aged 15–24 in Scotland to develop knowledge, confidence, and leadership skills around digital wellbeing, online safety, and mental health.

Through workshops, accredited Mental Health First Aid training, community outreach activities, youth-led campaigns, and digital safety conversations, participants are supported to become Mind & Media Ambassadors who promote healthier and safer online experiences within their schools, communities, and wider networks.

The programme explores topics including online harms, cyberbullying, digital wellbeing, social media pressures, mental health awareness, and youth voice in shaping safer online environments.
