Trash Panda offers one-to-one support for anyone in West Lothian.

The team will be there to talk whether it’s something small or life-changing. Maybe you are struggling at work and family life or maybe you aren’t in the best headspace and don’t know where to turn. Trash Panda will be there to regularly catch up with phone calls, messages, video calls and walk and talk sessions. Trash Panda will also help guide you to further support with other services available throughout West Lothian such as counselling.

There is also online yoga classes, support groups and meditation. In addition, there are additional projects such as Positive Steps Walking Challenge and a Youth Programme for school leavers.

Opening times

Trash Panda can be contacted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and strive to respond to all enquiries within seven hours.
