One to One Support Do you need to talk? Struggling with your mental health or just the day to day? We know it’s hard to get through life alone but the power of talking to someone can be life changing.

Group Activities

  • Trashy Reads Book Club – Join us for our monthly book club also known between members as a monthly therapy session! We discuss a different book every month over a drink and snacks but then there is also time to just talk, catch up and find support in a group of great individuals!
  • Positive Steps Challenge – Join us every January to take part in the walking challenge with a twist! There is money and prizes up for grabs but the challenge doesn’t demand you to push yourself to the extreme. It’s about doing a little more each day and just encouraging the members to get outside!

Blogs & Podcasts

Join us as we talk about all things mental health and wellbeing. Discussing the good and the bad, the struggles and on the odd occasion the wins. Our blog episodes are recorded and published as podcasts.
