This Tea and Chat is held within Braid Health and Wellbeing and is a free group run by staff. This is a great opportunity for you to come along and have a cup of tea and a biscuit while chatting to other individuals. The aim of this service is to provide a The aim of this group is to provide a comfortable and safe space where you can raise any concerns or issues you may have following the last 24 months of an unprecedented period in all our lives.

They are happy to provide support where needed or just to have a chat and a nice cup of tea!
