Open Door supported flats project provides one-to-one tenancy support for young people aged 16-25 years who are homeless. It currently has two single occupancies supported tenancies and seven shared supported tenancies, supporting 16 young people all within West Lothian.

The aim of the service is to designate named support workers who will work with you to give personal and practical support, helping them to develop the self-confidence and skills needed to live independently. You will be supported to budget, shop, cook, clean, identify and manage minor household repairs and achieve the skills identified on their individual support plan. The team will prepare you to live independently giving them the tools and skills you need to live and sustain your own tenancy successfully.
