Description

The MOOD Project is an activity-based organisation.

If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, low mood or isolation, MOOD can help with our variety of activities which offers you a choice for where you are in your mental wellbeing journey.

Support is ongoing and you can see the MOOD team for as long as you need them. There are various groups you can move between, depending on your journey.
