Description

Behind Your Mind SCIO provides Mental Health Peer Support Groups and Mental Health First Aid Kit Training.

The Ladies’ Support Group runs every Monday 6:30 to 8:30 pm at East Calder Partnership Centre.

The Men’s Support Group runs every Wednesday 7:00 to 9:00 pm at East Calder Partnership Centre.

The purpose of these services are to help people that are struggling with their Mental Health via support from relatable peers. Behind Your Mind SCIO also run Mental Health First Aid Kit Training for companies / employers / organisations looking to help educate their staff about Mental Health Awareness.
