Description
Carers of West Lothian’s counselling service is open to all carers including young carers and disabled people living in West Lothian.
Counselling aims to support you to express your thoughts and feelings about what is happening in your life. By exploring your thoughts and feelings, counselling can help you to understand more about yourself and about the situations in your life. Counselling is not about telling you what you should be doing. It is an opportunity for you to talk about and reflect on what is happening in your life.
This counselling service is provided by both a fully qualified counsellor and student volunteer counsellors.
Please note, this service is being provided online and by telephone while Covid-19 restrictions are in place.
