Carers of West Lothian run a number of support groups for carers.

These carers groups are a great way to connect with people and helps to reduce isolation. Talking to other carers who understand how you are feeling and sharing experiences can be a very positive experience.

All groups are run by Carers of West Lothian support staff and/or peer volunteers.

Carers Coffee Morning
Date: every Wednesday
Time: 1 0.00 – 11.30am

Mental Health Carers Support Group
Date: first Monday of the month
Time: 6.00 – 7.00 pm

Carers Evening Support Group
Date: last Wednesday of month
Time: 6.30 – 8.00 pm

Bereaved Carers Support Group
Date: second last Friday of month
Time: 10.30 – 11.30am

Please note, these groups are currently running on zoom while Covid-19 restrictions are in place.
