Description

Bumpz/Buggy Walk is a health walk for parents and carers with little ones in prams or buggies.

The group is led by a member of staff who creates a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere and supports everyone to walk at a pace that suits them. The aim is to help parents build confidence getting active again, raise their heart rate, and enjoy the benefits of outdoor movement.

Alongside the physical activity, the walk offers fresh air, social connection, and easy conversation. It’s a way to boost wellbeing while meeting others in the community and reducing isolation.
