Description
Baby Massage is a nurturing, hands‑on wellbeing session for parents and their babies, delivered by trained staff. The facilitator creates a calm, supportive environment where parents learn gentle massage techniques that promote bonding, confidence and relaxation.
The purpose of the service is to strengthen early attachment, reduce stress, and support perinatal wellbeing. Baby massage helps parents feel more connected to their baby, builds confidence in caring routines, and offers a warm space to meet others and reduce isolation.
While not a mental‑health intervention, it positively supports parental wellbeing through connection, calm, and peer support.

Is there a cost?
£30 for a 6 week course but if cost is a barrier please get in touch with your health visitor, support worker, family nurse, citizens advice or the advice shop and they can refer you for a space on our next block.
