Access2Employment is West Lothian Council’s employability service, offering free, tailored support to help individuals achieve their goals, develop new skills, increase confidence, and take positive steps towards employment, education or training.

We work with a wide range of individuals across West Lothian, including:

  • Job seekers of all ages
  • Parents looking to return to work or balance employment with family life
  • Young people preparing for the world of work
  • People with disabilities, health conditions or additional support needs
  • Individuals experiencing barriers to employment
  • People who would benefit from support to improve confidence, resilience and readiness for work

Specialist Supported Employment for people who require additional assistance to find, secure and sustain employment.
