Building Resilience

When you know how to deal with tough times it can make them easier to handle. Taking care of ourselves helps us feel better after something stressful happens. We call this ability to bounce back ‘resilience’. To get better at handling these moments, we can try different things.

On this page you can find factsheets, tips and information and organisations in West Lothian to help you build resilience.

Let us know if you find these resources helpful. If you have any other suggestions for our self-help pages, please email westspace@health-in-mind.org.uk.
