Children’s Anxiety

When we feel worried, tense, or afraid, especially about events that are about to happen or that we think might happen in the future, we experience anxiety. People of all ages experience some level of anxiety, often in reaction to stressful events or changes. 

We have put together resources on anxiety, links to organisations, factsheets, videos, podcasts and exercises which can help you better understand different types of anxiety, what causes it and ways to manage it.
