WHAT IS LISTEN & LINK

Listen & Link is a self-referral phoneline and e-mail service. It is for children, young people aged between 5 and 26 years (and their families) who have worries about their own mental wellbeing or for someone in their family.

WHAT IS A SELF REFERRAL?

Self-referral means you can make the call to Listen & Link yourself or get someone you trust to make the call for you? They can then ask for Listen & Link to contact you.

“Mental wellbeing is the way children, young people and adults think and feel about themselves and the world around them. It affects how a person copes with life’s challenges and stresses”

Staff will want to LISTEN to your concerns. Then they will suggest and, with your agreement LINK you with people, services or resources that may be a support to you.
